Insights from anonymized data can help cities understand their citizens. From public transport to urban planning, when services and facilities are based on real needs rather than guesswork, the result is a better everyday experience for all of us.
By anonymizing and analysing the movement data our network generates each day, we are able to provide insights into where people travel to and from. This enables city planners and public transport operators to create a win-win-win situation: better services where and when you need them, reduced fuel consumption and operating costs, and reduced traffic congestion and pollution.
We don’t provide device-specific insights such as the websites people visit or who they talk to. We only use anonymized and aggregated data based on groups, not individuals.
As the largest telecommunications provider in the Nordics and Baltics, our network generates an unmatched dataset which enables us to provide accurate data and meaningful, location-specific insights. We currently provide Crowd Insights for public transport operators and city planners in Sweden and Finland with the aim of expanding the service during 2018.
